Minglo, Inc. ("Minglo", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy applies to minglo.co, app.minglo.co, minglo.link, and related services.
From hosts: your email, event details (names, story, vibe, date, location), the games you build, and payment metadata returned by Stripe (card brand, last 4, country — never the full card number).
From guests: a display name they choose at join, the answers they submit, and a hashed identifier we use only to keep their score consistent. We do not collect guest emails, phone numbers, or personally-identifiable IPs.
Automatically: standard request logs (URL, status, timestamp, user-agent, country) for security and debugging, retained 30 days.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except the processors below.
We use a small number of strictly-necessary first-party cookies: a session cookie after sign-in, a CSRF token, and a referral cookie if you arrived from a partner link. No third-party advertising cookies.
Access, export, or delete your account and event data at any time from app.minglo.co → Settings, or by emailing privacy@minglo.co. We respond within 30 days. EU/UK rights under GDPR and California rights under CCPA are honored globally.
Active event data is retained for the life of your account. Deleted events are purged within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate metrics may be retained indefinitely.
Minglo is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Material changes are posted here and emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
