By using Minglo you agree to these terms.
Minglo lets you create personalized party games and share them with guests by QR code. We provide the platform; you provide the content.
You sign in with email magic links — no password to lose. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
Essentials is a one-time $79 per event (regularly $99 — limited-time launch pricing). Grand is a one-time $99 per event (regularly $149 — limited-time launch pricing). We do not auto-renew. We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase — but only if your event has not yet been published to guests. Once your event link is live and guests have started joining, refunds are no longer available. Email hello@minglo.co with your order ID to request one.
You own everything you put into Minglo: names, photos, story, custom questions, guest answers. By using the service you grant us a limited license to host that content and serve it to guests at your event. We do not use your event content to train AI models.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee it. We will not knowingly remove a published event on the day of your scheduled event without contacting you. If an outage materially fails your event, contact us for a full refund.
To the extent permitted by law, our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the affected event.
We may update these terms; we will email account holders at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
Delaware law governs. Disputes go to state or federal courts in Delaware.
